Paper nice but having problems finding software

Pros: good heavyweight paper Cons: seemingly hard to find templates/software
"I recently purchased Avery 3378 Textured Half-Fold Cards. I like the paper quality; however, I am having a tough time finding good software/instructions. I like to use Publisher and there were some compatible templates (mainly winter/holiday themed) and couldn't figure out how to remove/change out pictures and make it what I want. I'm not that technical saavy, so I wish I would have an easier way to figure this out and how to print it properly with my ink jet printer. I don't know if I'm reading things wrong in the instructions for the templates/software, but I just can't seem to get it to do what I want to do...and that's let me design and print cards."
